Ideal spot for Couples seeking comfort
The staff were friendly. Plus, the tram was just a short walk away.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but it was still acceptable for the experience we got.

I liked the room with double bed. It was nice to have a private safe, central heating and coffee/tea making equipment. The hotel had a central location in a nice area. Spent a nice evening at Sardegna, located close to the venue: )

Location, near the museum area, is very quiet and very well connected by a direct bus to the airport. staff was charming. shower, great. bed was fine, although the duvet was not too warm and had to be compensated with the heating. Although we did not ask for it, they changed the towels daily.
The cleanliness left something to be desired, both in the bathroom and on the bedroom floor. Before we went to bed we had to put the fitted sheet in place because they didn't make the bed properly, and also the fitted sheets were too short for the size of the bed. They didn't change the dirty glasses every day. The light in the bathroom, which was supposed to turn on and off automatically when we went in and out, did not go out even during the night; we warned them twice, and they did not fix it during the 4 nights we were there.

the cleaning of the hotel is very good, cleaning and change of towels daily. the location is very good, from the airport is very easy to reach with the bus 397, just 20 min, a very quiet residential neighborhood without noise or fuss. The hotel is very quiet, no fuss in the rooms. There is a nesspreso coffee machine in the room. Overall a very nice place
The bikes that are rented from the hotel are very bad, the price is very high (15 euros, the average price in the city is around 10 euros) and you have to leave a deposit of 50 euros per bike, and it has to be in cash (a problem for people who travel with little cash, they should let the deposit be made by credit card). we were in a room with two beds, the mattresses were bigger than the bed base, the edge was unstable, very bad for sleeping in pairs. our room had no closets to hang, only a closet with very small shelves and a wall hanger with 2 hangers. The small bathroom (the normal in this city) the toilet almost under the shower, without shower tray or screen, after showering the whole bathroom is wet. The toilet is hung on the wall, a little high, Dutch size, if you are less than 170 cm you will hang your feet and not reach the floor (it is a country of very high people XD)

The rooms were spacious and clean. Internet was free and fast. The tram station was also some 400 mts away.
The toilet in the room was stinking for some reason. The corridor of the hotel was too hot.

The location is ideal, offering easy access to numerous museums and a convenient tram stop just outside. The spacious room was clean and free of wear. Staff were friendly, and the quick bicycle rentals added to the enjoyable experience. Noise from nearby activities was noticeable at times, and breakfast options were limited compared to other places I've stayed.

Good location, quite and safe. Suitable for independent travellers, family or business. Staff is very helpful and freindly.
Not provide free bottle of water to us, just the result of lack of supply which it's not possible.

The staff were excellent, extremely pleasant and helpful. The Memphis also had the most comfortable hotel bed I've experienced in a long time! Although quite a fair walk into the city centre, the hotel is a short walk from the museums and the antique and craft shops. In my opinion, Just the right balance for a gentle city break in a leafy quiet suburb with easy access to the best the city has to offer!
Didn't get the Connexions shuttle bus details from either the hotel or the Booked.net website which was a bit frustrating to try and figure it out on arrival!

I enjoy staying in that area when I come to Amsterdam. It is in a quiet area away from the crowds, but only two or three tram stops from the hub of everything. Tram stop 16 is right in front of the hotel.
no early room service. We had an early flight and couldn't get any coffee before departure
